YOUR JOB You will be part of the group finance team with four other highly skilled and motivated colleagues and report to the CFO. You play a key role in the execution of group reporting of all HES International entities and related communication towards stakeholders (such as Supervisory Board, shareholders and lenders). As Group FP&A* Manager you work at group level and have your own set of responsibilities, such as: Oversee the group’s monthly and annual close and consolidation processes, collaborating closely with relevant stakeholders such as management board, terminal finance managers and Group functions. Manage the company’s financial models and performing advanced financial analysis that underpin (M&A) investment decisions and strategic plans. Support in the preparation of periodic reporting to Lenders (e.g. Compliance Certificates, Trading Updates, Investor Presentations).Responsible for the preparation of financial reporting towards the Executive Board and follow-up on action items. Executing group’s budget process including consolidating and coordination of the terminal’s budget processes and monitor financial plans, budgets and forecasts as well as ensure the analysis of any gaps between budget and realization for group and terminals. You are keen to hold strong relations with both internal and external HES stakeholders to deliver timely and high-quality analyses on important management board decisions. Prepare and present financial analysis, investment recommendations, and business plan (updates) to the Executive Board, investors and shareholders. Driving continuous improvement initiatives by identifying and implementing optimization opportunities (e.g. automating and implementation of BI tools). WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR? As a Group FP&A Manager, you understand the information needs of different stakeholders (e.g. Executive Board, shareholders, lenders, terminal finance managers) and present your analyses and recommendations accordingly. In the fast-paced and ever-changing environment, the Group FP&A Manager ideally has a flexible and hands-on attitude and proactive approach. You also bring to the table: Over five years work experience in Group reporting, preferably in a role covering multiple entities in different countries. Have a Master’s Degree in finance, accounting, business administration, or a related field. Understand consolidation and reporting software systems, preferably CCH Tagetik. Have extensive knowledge of consolidated annual reporting processes and statutory reporting processes. Fluency in English and Dutch is required (written and oral). Able to manage multiple projects and meet reporting deadlines efficiently. Have experience with a private equity owned company is a plus, as well as experience with BI tools.
