To support our growth towards this ambition, we're looking for a new Financial analysis & reporting specialist.

Your new role

We are looking for a talented Financial analysis & reporting specialist who also shares a passion for data. You will become part of the Finance & Business Process Management team, and work closely together with the Data, Products, and Technology teams as well as ABN AMRO Finance colleagues. You will be working on different finance topics in accounting, reporting and insight gathering through analysis. You will work on the monthly processes as well as using your affinity with data to boost improvements. Additionally, you will enable data delivery from New10 to our parent company ABN AMRO Bank. You love complexity and with your strong communication skills, you help us navigate to understand the full picture. Your analytical mindset and problem-solving skills help you in defining solutions together with our Data and Engineering teams. A strong fit with our culture, collaboration well across the organization and a hands-on mentality are required.

Your key responsibilities are

Performing the monthly accounting and reporting process as well as finding innovative (data driven) ways to improve Collaborate with ABN AMRO Bank on their financial data requirements to shape the New10 monthly reporting of the future Support the New10 Finance team with data driven insights and analysis Liaise with New10 engineers and data colleagues to optimize the data delivery to ABN AMRO, enabling New10 to provide additional data attributes in the required format Requirements

We're looking for someone who has:

Proven experience in a similar role (minimum of 1-2 years) Degree in Finance, Data and/or business administration at Master level (or equivalent studies) A strong affinity with figures and relevant tooling (e.g. Excel, Tableau, SQL queries) Interest in learning what data can do in improving financial processes utilising your analytical mindset while maintaining a focus on the bigger picture. You are fluent in the English language, both in writing and speaking Benefits
