Conduct market research as part of the product team, to explore potential partners and product improvements Stay on top of market developments and user needs Scope out business opportunities such as new services, or expand on current services Translate business opportunities to tasks and requirements Ensure alignment with the overall company objectives Provide insights on your projects and present realistic plans Work closely with the product manager(s) while also maintaining good communication with other stakeholders from different teams What you bring

HBO or university degree in the field of business, finance or engineering Affinity with crypto, understanding its challenges and opportunities Relevant work experience within finance or the tech industry is a plus Strong analytical skills, curious to learn and improve Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written You love to collaborate closely with others What we offer

The salary range is €2.500 to €3.500 per month depending on experience, for full-time employment Up to €300 to spend on something that will make your job easier, such as headphones or a keyboard 25 days of annual leave, for full-time employment Participation program: the possibility of obtaining company share certificates Travel reimbursement or NS Business Card Hybrid work is negotiable Professional training courses to keep up with developments within your field of work Fully stocked pantry and fridge at the office; all meals, snacks, and drinks are included The procedure
