The role As a Senior Tagetik Training Specialist, you will independently research and develop new training courses and related digital assets, maintain existing training material and, if required, deliver the content in a live class. You will be required to become an Subject Matter Expert, and be fully owner of the relationship with external SMEs, Product Owners and the Training coordinators. You will support the team in more complex tasks and you will be able to deliver with a high quality standards classes on advanced CCH Tagetik areas, in local language, English and possibly a 3rd language. You will be responsible to organize, manage and balance the activities related to research, development, delivery and internal knowledge sharing. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Assists the Academy/Knowledge Management Team and the Global training network, with the ability to solve complex issues in a timely manner, or when possible, to act proactively to avoid the arise of any issue; You deliver classes on 2/3 processes of Tagetik (Local and English) but are aware of all the other existing processes and you are able to make reference to those topics; You are able to propose, create, update and respect a project plan for new assets development (from the collaboration with external stakeholders, to the deliverables for digital team and training network); Is able to manage changes and updates to their development plan according to market needs; Continuously improve your skills by means of both on-the-job experience and informal learning; You are able to manage a difficult or large class, both from a human and professional point of view; You are able to reply and manage questions outside the training scope in a professional way; Works towards the development of the Global Education business, suggesting additional training to existing customers or creating business opportunities; You are aware and curious about all aspect of the Business, regardless of your specific area of expertise. Other Duties: Ability to effectively prioritize and execute multiple concurrent work streams in a high-pressure environment; Pro-active in creating and ensuring quality and freshness of existing content (Knowledge Base articles, Training Material, Enablement videos, etc.); Capability to foster mutually beneficial relationships; Supports coworkers and promotes a positive work environment; Other duties as assigned. Required Skills: Bachelor’s Degree in a related field preferred; 5/6+ years of experience with CCH Tagetik; Alternatively 4/5+ years of experience with CPM (preferred) or ERP platform; Experience in technical training or technical documentation is a big plus; Ability to work on own initiative as well as part of a broader team; English proficiency (C2 preferred, C1 minimum) and an additional language is a big plus; Excellent written and verbal communication skills; Good problem solving and strong collaboration skills; Knowledge of accounting basics desired; The willingness to always improve and be up to date with the latest trends; Open-minded and open to interact with people from different background and cultures. Travel requirements Travel (in Europe and overseas up to 20%) might be required for Corporate events, in-person Training delivery or content development needs.
