Senior Enterprise Risk Manager

Within our enterprise risk management (ERM) practice we are concerned with the identification and synthesis of all risk types in an aggregated risk profile on a group-wide basis, which is then compared to Triodos Bank’s risk appetite and is reported on to the Enterprise Risk Committee. In addition ERM is dedicated to the specific enterprise risks such as strategic-, reputational-, model- and ESG-risk. In the context of 'change', ERM is often involved in strategically relevant change programs and supervisory-related processes (e.g. SREP and Resolution Planning). Currently we would like to bring on board a Senior Enterprise Risk Manager for a full time contract to reinforce our ERM team. Profile How you will make a difference You will support Triodos Bank in setting and realizing its mission and strategy by your contribution to the timely identification, assessment and management of enterprise relevant risks in close cooperation with the 1st line. You will hereby actively engage in both 'run' and 'change' activities and processes from a risk management and control perspective, within your field of responsibility. You will be responsible for the further development and implementation of the area of strategic risk management, taking into account the guidance of senior management. You will perform research and analysis on strategically relevant topics and report and advise on these, mostly at senior management level. You will be involved in recurring ERM topics including the Risk Appetite, Strategic Risk Assessments and the Corporate cycle. You will take on responsibility for (part of) the overarching enterprise risk management policies and processes, and the implementation thereof. You will actively participate in risk governance bodies and/or initiate conversations with senior management and other stakeholders within the field of enterprise risk. You will engage in enterprise-relevant change programs from a 2nd line perspective and deliver both solicited and unsolicited advice or opinions. Your future team and colleagues Together with two other enterprise risk managers you form a concise and dedicated expert team within the ERM department. Although each enterprise risk manager has its own field of expertise often teamwork and co-creation is required to optimize added value. All enterprise risk managers report to the group director ERM, who in turn reports to the CRO. Both group-wide Regulatory Risk and the Risk Reporting teams are also positioned within ERM.
