As Key Account Manager you play a pivotal role in realizing our commercial and financial objectives in the Food & Drug channel in Belgium & Luxemburg. Your key objective is to achieve our sales and net margin goals through development of existing and building of new accounts, in line with our defined business strategy. The Key Account Manager is instrumental in establishing long term partnerships with our customer base to create added value for both our key customers as well as for Bolsius. The Key Account Manager reports into the Business Unit Manager Benelux. Key Duties & Responsibilities

Energize and enable the BeLux (account)team. Ensure that all resources are aligned towards the same objectives, while embracing our Bolsius Values (Ownership, Care, Trust, Integrity & Passion) Realize revenue and margin growth in the Belux market, focusing on the Food & Drug channel Prepare, implement and monitor annual account plans for both existing and new customers, which include the following elements:

Product range: increasing weighted distribution of our Bolsius brand Optimize category plans and brand presentation Realize activation and promotion plans Negotiate annual price agreements and other conditions

Coordinate and implement plans made within your Account-team (e.g. Finance, Brand, Customer Service and Category Management) Develop, monitor and realize an accurate and reliable sales forecast Contribute to the definition of our medium-term sales strategy and short-term targets, in cooperation with the Business Unit Manager Benelux Key competences

Who takes ownership and has outstanding communication & negotiation skills A proactive, flexible & solution oriented team-player and culturally sensitive Job requirements

Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field, preferably with a master’s degree Minimum of 5 years relevant experience in the Belux FMCG sector at mass-market accounts, preferably with branded products Outstanding capabilities to commercially connect with customers and other stakeholders Solid experience in negotiating with senior buyers at leading retailers and other companies in the BeLux mass market channel whilst you also feel at home in their affiliated supermarkets Excellent leadership skills, inspiring colleagues, innovation management, and challenging others to perform better in achieving our Bolsius ambitions Good knowledge of and/or affinity with marketing and trade marketing Proficient in Belgium & French language, a good command of the Dutch & English language Job offer
