Youwill beworking atAMIS (AfterMarket&Industrial Solutions) Business Unit, whereyouwillbepartof theBusinessPlanning team of Corporate Services department. Together we arebuilding continuous improvements in systems and processes that support AMIS daily activities.
We are data driven, customer focused, result oriented professionals whose aim is to pro-actively support our customers in driving business performance improvement through the timely availability of infrastructures, processes, data and motivated resources. We are helping AMIS to build a recognized brand in products and services with focus on reliability and environmental protection through maximizing profits of existing business and developing new businesses.
Your main responsibilities will be
Elaborate and consolidate Sales and Product plans, considering all P&L dimensions
Prepare periodic reports, analyse data and translate into management information
Analyse and benchmark profitability by various dimensions and prepare improvement suggestions
Set up and manage operational indexes and KPIs, produce reports for the Top management and provide gap analysis and improvement suggestions
Create data visualizations, dashboards and reports in Power BI and support users with training and information
Lead planning and other business unit processes; carry out continuous process improvement activities
Support J-Sox self-assessment and audit
Provide ad hoc business case analyses and other tasks
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Business Administration or another relevant degree
1-3 years relevant experience
Proficient in English, both verbally and in written, a second language is a plus
Advanced MS Office level
Experience with reporting and self-service BI tools, like Oracle Analytics Cloud, IBM Cognos, Power BI
Background in finance and/or accounting is a plus
Experience working with ERP systems is a plus
Strong analytical skills/critical thinking
Team player with focus on continuous improvement
Ability to communicate across different levels of the organization
Results oriented, problem solving, dedicated, customer focused, hands-on mentality
Ability to work effectively and independently in a multitasking and multicultural environment
