Full Time Human Resources The Netherlands As a Global Compensation & Benefits Consultant you will be supporting the global compensation processes and will be responsible for our global share administration. As a Global Compensation & Benefits Consultant you will be supporting the global compensation processes and will be responsible for our global share administration. This covers processes and the share administration that applies to all our business units in Europe, the US, and Asia, as well as our Corporate Center in the Netherlands. In this role you will work closely with our Compensation and Benefits colleagues of our business units, our NL-based Global HR team, and other Group functions such as Finance, Tax, Risk, and Compliance. You will be responsible for: Supporting the annual compensation cycle for our Executive Committee members and other Corporate Center senior managers, including the delivery of the annual compensation letters and pay-roll instructions. Running our global share administration for ca. 1,000 global participants. This includes the annual collection and registration of shares allocated to employees, running the annual share vesting process, running the bi-annual dividend pay-out process, providing 1st line e-mail support to our share plan participants, coordinating the administration set-up with the external share administration provider. Maintaining our senior management compensation database, which includes our Executive Committee members and other Corporate Center senior managers. Creating reports and required information related to our share administration and share plans such as for the annual report, annual budget process, and inventory of our Treasury shares. Participating in benchmark surveys and preparing ad hoc compensation reports and insights. Contributing to the development of our global compensation plans, such as the share-based compensation plans. Supporting our International Mobility team member on compensation related topics. Team You will be part of the Global Compensation and Benefits team. The team consists of six Compensation & Benefits professionals, mostly located in The Netherlands. You will be reporting to the Global Head of Compensation & Benefits. Requirements and qualifications Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business sciences, Finance or HR management. 7 - 10 years of experience with global compensation processes. Strong experience in running global HR or Financial administration systems, including the coordination of the related processes with various internal and external stakeholders. Excellent analytical and excels skills, as well as a strong attention to details, are required. Ability to think creatively, be a self-starter, work independently, deal with imperfect processes, and work under time pressure. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with international colleagues within HR and other Global functions, and external partners. Fluent in Dutch and English (verbal & written). Good sense of humor. You will be able to work from home and in the office, and even have the possibility to work from abroad a few weeks per year; You are entitled to 210,5 hours holiday per year and 17 hours for work life balance and you can buy up to 143 hours of additional holiday hours; Every 5 years you have the opportunity to go on partially paid sabbatical leave for two months.
