Role As a Scrum master of the test and Integration team, you will play a key role in coaching anddriving timely deliverables of the team. Begin by managing a single team initially, and gradually expand to oversee up to three teams concurrently.Collaborate with Platform integration manager, architects, PO, other RTE’s/scrum masters, manager and other leaders/stakeholders to support in driving the right focus, bringing improvements, andtimely delivery towards team goals.Together with the product owner & test architect and platform integration manager you form the system integration leadership team.

Responsibilities

Responsible for delivery of the team (drive, coach, follow up, report, and escalate) and ensuring timely delivery.

Supporting the Scrum team to create high-value sprints and helping to remove impediments that hinders the Scrum team’s progress towards the Sprint Goal.

Collaborate and support Technical Product Owner to order the product backlog to maximize value and to take along the Scrum team in the vision for the product.

Work with group lead manager to identify team needs and ensure the right competences are present in the team to deliver the team's goals.

Coaching the team to live by the Scrum values: Focus, Openness, Respect, Courage,Commitment and making sure that the Scrum events of the team are valuable & efficient (time & effort management).

Ensuring that team and organization goals, scope, and product domain are understood by everyone in the Scrum team.

Safeguard the team from over-commitment, scope creep and guide the team to setup and implement an efficient way of working.

Promote quality practice by continuously improving quality, and helping the Scrum team to define clear and actionable Sprint Goal per sprint.

Facilitating stakeholder and team collaboration for successful integration sprints and Program increment planning.

Enables organizational effectiveness by working together and collaborating with other Scrum master’s and teams to bring the best value to his team.

What do we ask from you? Bachelors/Masters degree with relevant experience in technological, IT, Sofware Dev is required.

Minimum 3 yrs exp as a scrum master managing multiple teams.

Good to have: previous experience in working across multiple geographies (global)

SCRUM Master professional certification desired (PSM)

Work experience with Agile & SAFE Methodologies is a must pre-requisite

Collaboration, networking, and ability to facilitate and lead the team members around with problem solving mindset

Excellent communication skills in English

This position offers a competitive salary range of € 5000,- to € 6252,70,- grossper month (excluding 8% holiday allowance). Through exceeding performance expectations, you evenhave the possibility to grow outside this scale.
