You will be the Product Owner of the project scrum team (~10 FTE) that drives and implements the innovation and improvement of budgeting and forecasting in Tagetik (the tooling) for the Controlling community in a program called: OneForecast. The OneForecast program is a pivotal project, aiming to improve the budgeting and forecasting processes of Controlling through a more automated, robust and standardised way of working. Ultimately the goal is to move to data driven forecasting and predictive forecasting.

In your role as Product Owner you ensure the prioritization and execution for the OneForecast program as well as the stakeholder management. Your stakeholders include the MT Controlling and the OneForecast Sounding Board in particular. This is an important element of your role. You understand how to influence and have impact in a wide range of stakeholders and how to manage and converge towards clear choices in a high demand environment with scarcity of capacity. Together with the other Product Owners you support the Domain Lead in creating a prioritized roadmap which is frequently optimized and updated according to a quickly changing environment. You manage the dependencies the team faces with other teams and departments within Finance & Risk. Although you don’t have a formal managerial role, informally you have attention for coaching and development of employees, especially the business developers in the team. Working environment

The team is part of the department Controlling Domain and is responsible for supporting the Controlling function with high quality, value adding and efficient insights, reports and solutions. Ultimately the goals is to empower Controlling in its Co-Pilot role within ABN AMRO. We do this by managing Business as Usual processes and implementing the Controlling change portfolio. The BaU processes concern the data collection/processing, delivering and maintaining the right tools and an up to date, effective IT- and system landscape. Managing the Controlling change portfolio concerns realizing the vision of Controlling, with standardized and automated processes, being innovative and creating a fun place to work. The Controlling Domain consists of 4 scrum teams (in total approximately 50 fte) and is itself part of the Finance Grid together with the ALM and Accounting Domains. Your profile

4 - 6 years of experience in a similar position, preferably within the banking sector; Enthusiastic about continuous improvement; Experience with project and change management in a complex environment, preferably finance or risk; Experience with complex stakeholder landscape; Work structured and disciplined; Result-oriented and problem-solving; Strong leadership; Technical knowhow and (relevant) IT/Finance knowledge (Tagetik knowledge is preferred); Work and reason at higher education level; Able to balance different profiles and work successfully together; Find enjoying the work and work environment is also important; Used to working in an international environment - English is necessary.
