Analytics Lead Transaction Monitoring

As a Transaction Monitoring Analytics Lead you can have societal impact, by catching the criminals using analytics models to analyze Rabobank transactions of 8+ million customers. You and your job Preventing Money Laundering & Terrorist Financing is one of the key aspects for our society and our organisation, and as a bank we play a major role in this field. The Transaction Monitoring (TM) team optimizes our current TM system and will introduce more advanced analytics methodologies such as Machine Learning into our TM models. You will be responsible for building a team with the capabilities, skills, and culture to make this happen. Additionally, you are part of the larger Advanced Analytics Community within Rabobank which you can build on and contribute to, for example for acceleration of learning and development. Our TM team is organized in 9 multidisciplinary squads filled with ambitious, smart, and motivated professionals. You will be in a leading role to encourage the team members to get the best out of themselves and each other and you make sure the new colleagues we recruit have the mindset, knowledge, and skills we need. We are proud to operate as one TM team across these squads, and you will have responsibility for team members across all squads. Practical Examples As a TM Analytics Lead you will: Coach and support your direct reports to find and seize the best opportunities to develop themselves and thrive within our TM team Optimize our recruitment process and build and maintain relations with suppliers to ensure we add the best suitable candidates to our team Identify current and/or future skills gaps in the team and organize a training to help the team members grow and develop Facts & Figures 36/40 hours per week 15+ direct reports in Analytics to inspire and coach on their Rabobank journey (Data Scientists, Data Analysts and Analytics Translators) 40+ other team members to collaborate with and learn from within the same team but with other HR lines 43,822 Rabobank colleagues around the world

You and your talent 5+ years of working experience as Team Lead of analytics professionals; OR 5+ years of working experience with proven people and project management skills in the field of advanced analytics Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English Communicative people manager with strong organizational skills, who canwork well with different people and roles Thriving in a high-impact, dynamic and high-paced environment, with ability to structure and stabilize new processes Pro-active, business focus and can-do mentality to make the difference in fighting financial crime This is what we offer you up to € 8.793 gross per month, depending on your knowledge and experience (scale 10-11). Thirteenth month's salary and 8% holiday allowance. An extra budget of 11 % of your gross salary to be used at your discretion. Buy extra holiday hours, add more to your pension savings or ask for part of the extra budget to be paid out. A combination of working from home and at the office.
