Imagine contributing to the battle against Financial Economic Crime (FEC) worldwide and Rabobank’s licen to operate by supporting the business develop product and services where FEC risks are adequately managed. You and your job Acting as a gatekeeper for risk mitigation but also as a sparring partner for management and product owners throughout the Rabobank Group, a Risk Manager Product Risk Assessment is responsible for the proactive detection, assessment and advising on FEC risks within Rabobank's products and services worldwide. Practical Examples You will conduct reviews in the field of FEC risks on existing products and services You will guide risk assessment in (the development) of new products together with the product owner, in order to find a balance in the best product for the customer and the proper management of the FEC risks, using the possibilities such as limitations in the product or improvement in customer or monitoring systems You are sparring partner for the business for the way in which FEC risks can be managed You give advice on complex FEC risks to the FEC colleagues within CDD, TM or Sanctions about FEC risks within the products and the necessary mitigators during product development and innovations throughout the Rabobank Group You are responsible for the proactive detection, assessment and advising on FEC risks within Rabobank's products, services and innovations globally. You will drive awareness during product development of FEC risks and compliance to relevant policies and regulation You advise the risk-owners on risk acceptance or mitigation of higher FEC risks and ensures that mitigating measures are effectively and timely implemented by the product-owners and/or the FEC departments. You will guide and advise (senior) management and their product owners on implementing new legislation and Rabobank policies and standards related to products You will perform (periodic) Product Reviews and report to (senior) management about Rabobank's risk profile on products and services worldwide Facts & Figures 36 hours per week 43,822 Rabobank colleagues around the world

You and your talent Completed HBO+/WO bachelor in a relevant field like economic or business studies; Preferably, you have 5+ years of relevant work experience with FEC risk and/or product development; Experience with stakeholder management, high organizational sensitivity, integrity and reporting to senior management; Preferably, you have a network or background within Rabobank; Fluent in Dutch and English, verbal and written (Native English speaking/writing is a plus); Above all; you have a positive presence, and you are eager and a fast learner and team player This is what we offer you Thirteenth month's salary and 8% holiday allowance.
