Agile Coach IAM

As an Agile coach, together with a team of 50 Agile specialists, you make a crucial contribution to one of the largest Agile Transformations in the Netherlands. You & your role We are looking for a self-starting Agile coach with a positive-critical view for the Tribe Identity & Access Management! Will you help Rabobank transform to a scalable Agile way of working? And do you dare to make a difference by discussing at different levels how teams can perform optimally? By using scaling rituals and tools, you ensure that transformations are successful. From senior leadership to scrum masters and product owners; you research, advise and guide what is needed to further develop Rabobank into a professional Agile organization. As an Agile coach you work in the domain Enginering & Enterprise and coach tribe IAM in their challenges and transformation to make them flourish. As an Agile coach you require a strong conceptual knowledge of Agile, a proactive attitude, good coaching skills and a helicopter view. In this phase, you actively work on further implementing and developing the standards & frameworks for Rabobank and work on a coach assignment within the domain. The Tribe IAM is an new Tribe which launches the 1st of June 2024. The Tribe consists of 4 Area’s: IAM 4 Employees, IAM Data & Insights, IAM Foundation and IAM 4 Engineering. A fast moving and inspiring environment! This requires a strong conceptual knowledge of Agile, a proactive attitude, good consulting skills and a helicopter view As the coach of the Tribe you guide the IAM Tribe leadership and Area leadership in their transformative challenges, fostering an environment for them to thrive. In addition to this, you will facilitate the development of the product owners and scrum masters in the Tribe. When the basics of the Rabobank’s Agile scaling framework – Simplify at Scale – are established your focus will shift to aiding the tribe in attaining it’s objectives, drawing on your extensive Agile expertise. Practical examples Implementing the Agile heartbeat on all levels and helping triangles with their roles and responsibilities within the heartbeat rituals Guiding and supporting Scrum Masters, Product Owners and leadership teams Continuous improvement of backlog management at all levels You have experience with scaled Agile (preferably Simplified @ Scale) You are an expert in Agile and contribute from your coaching skills You master the English language. It's a pre if you are fluent in Dutch You have experience with complex problem analysis You do a lot of self-reflection and like to learn from feedback You have what it takes to convince professionals You know how to hold your own in different contexts and always have your sights set on the continuous improvement of organizations You work as a trusted advisor and identify possible improvements pro-actively You actively carry out systemic interventions and recognize group dynamics in teams and triangles and know how to intervene in the undercurrent to improve team work You encourage Rabobank units to use Agile to achieve maximum results for the customer You make impact by growing organizational units with our Agile Scaling Framework and you are a sparring partner at all levels You have an above average interest in change management and enjoy being involved in the overall business strategy.

Grading This position has been graded as an Agile coach C with the following characteristics: scale 10 - up to € 6.926 gross per month at least 5 years or more of relevant work experience Scope: coaching area and tribe leadership, owner of transformation tools & topics

This is what we offer you for each role thirteenth month's salary and 8% holiday allowance an extra budget of 11% of your gross salary to be used at your discretion.
