Functieomschrijving In de rol van Resouce planner bevindt jij je in het hart van onze operationele organisatie. Je bent communcatief vaardig en weet de juiste lijnen aan elkaar te knopen. Daarnaast heb je een scherpe blik op zaken die anders/ beter kunnen in de toekomst. Daar breng je dan ook graag jouw advies over uit. Je rapporteert in deze rol direct aan de Supervisor Operations Support. Verdere werkzaamheden zijn onder andere: Inplannen van personeel in het warehouse op dagelijkse basis gegeven het werkaanbod, de capaciteiten en beschikbaarheid van personeel en input van direct leidinggevenden; Anticiperen op forecast en de tussenpersoon in dagelijkse communicatie met de uitzendbureaus; Het afstemmen van de planning vs budget met de operations manager; Verantwoordelijk voor onboarding van nieuwe mensen. Coördineert trainingen en skills matrix en coördineert evaluatie momenten; Beheer

tijdsregistratiesysteem

en zorgt voor sluitende administratie tbv de salarisverwerking; Zorgt voor overzicht in personeelsbezetting, skillsmatrix en trainingen (GDP, Reachtruck, etc); Verdere aanverwante werkzaamheden zoals leiding voorzien van performance rapportages. Over ons bedrijf Alliance Healthcare Nederland is een belangrijke distributeur van medicijnen en medische hulpmiddelen. Wij leveren dagelijks van de fabrikant tot aan de consument. Wij houden bijvoorbeeld voorraad voor een aantal grote farmaceutische bedrijven en distribueren hun medicijnen vervolgens door Nederland en Europa aan andere groothandels. Wij hebben ook twee distributiecentra waar vanuit wij onze producten leveren aan de apotheek bij je in de buurt, maar ook aan instellingen en de meeste Nederlandse ziekenhuizen. Alliance Healthcare heeft ook twee apotheekketens: Boots apotheek, dit is een eigen keten en Alphega apotheek, een apotheek franchiseketen. Zo hebben wij ook rechtstreeks contact met de consument/patiënt. In alles wat wij doen, vormt de gezondheid en het welbevinden van de patiënt ons belangrijkste doel. Kwaliteit, safety en 5S zijn enorm belangrijke thema’s binnen Alliance Healthcare. Bovendien staat er over een jaar een verhuizing naar een nieuw te bouwen warehouse in Veghel op de planning. Ook staan er mooie innovaties en mechanisaties op het programma waarin jij een bijdrage kunt gaan leveren! Wat heb je nodig om succesvol te zijn in de rol van Resource planner? Bij Alliance Healthcare ben jij diegene die als resource planner een belangrijke rol vervult in het hart van onze operationele organisatie. Je krijgt energie van het schakelen met verschillende stakeholders en bent daarnaast ook analytisch sterk onderlegd. Puzzels oplossen (in de personeelsplanning) ben je de beste in! Je bent daarnaast iemand met een open uitstraling en goed benaderbaar voor al onze medewerkers en eventuele externe contactpersonen (bijv. Uitzendbureau). Vervolgens wil je deze processen ook continue verbeteren. Je beschikt over MBO+ werk en denkniveau; Je hebt ervaring in het werken met personeels planningsystemen; Een sterk analytisch vermogen, oplossingsgericht en pragmatisch vermogen; Kennis en ervaring met een logistieke omgeving is een pré.
