in Amsterdam. You will be part of a

n experienced team who makes things different for all the Leaseweb employees. This is a part-time role for 24h per week. What is the role about? Your daily tasks vary between administrative back-office tasks and reception tasks. -- Coordinates &

Administers all requests, incidents, and complaints regarding facility services

such as: Catering & coffee service Maintenance & technical support Fleet management Access management / security (mobile)Telephony BHV Office furniture, Office supplies, hydroculture & stationary Internal and external meetings SAP; responsible for the administration of orders placed by facilities Event management (f.e. end of the month drinks, Christmas party) and make sure they are listed and executed in a proper way; Who are you? Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in fast paced environment; Required skills: planning and organizing, customer orientation, problem solving, teamwork, hands-on, showing initiative, flexible.
