We seek an experienced Quality Manager to join our team at our state-of-the-art warehousing and cold storage facility located in Maasvlakte, the Netherlands.

As a Quality Manager, you will oversee ensuring high standards of quality control within our operations. This includes managing quality assurance processes, conducting audits, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing effective solutions. The role is an individual contributor role at the moment.

The ideal candidate must possess previous experience in a similar role within a warehousing and cold storage environment, strong knowledge of quality management systems, excellent leadership skills, attention to detail, and ability to communicate effectively across different departments.

It goes without saying that we value diversity: we thrive on the diversity of our talent in all its forms, and we see it as a strength in building high-performance teams across brands, cultures, and locations.Role Responsibilities * Develop, implement, and maintain quality management systems compliant with industry regulations and standards. * Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify nonconformities and recommend improvements. * Manage and track product recalls, complaints, and deviations. * Incoming material inspection * Collaborate with other department heads to drive continuous process improvements. * Ensure accurate documentation and record-keeping related to quality activities. * Monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and report on quality metrics to senior management. * Stay updated with changing regulatory requirements and industry best practices.

Who we are looking for * HBO/Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or relevant field. * Proven experience as a Quality Manager in a warehousing and cold storage environment. * Strong knowledge of ISO 9001, HACCP, and GMP principles. * Familiarity with food safety regulations and certifications such as BRCGS, IFS, or FSSC 22000 is desirable. * Lead Auditor certification in ISO 9001 or similar quality management system standard. * Ability to lead and motivate teams, providing clear direction and feedback. * Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills. * Proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook. * Fluency in Dutch and English languages
