You are ready to take on projects and help us achieve this goal. With your passion for process optimization, you play an essential role within the team and Northwave. You also contribute to the daily operational tasks.

What you will do:

As an experienced Support Specialist in our team, you are responsible for carrying out projects aimed at efficiently organizing tasks and work processes. Think of topics such as insurance, facilities, fleet, HR administration and payroll administration. You do this for our Dutch and German office. In addition, you provide advice on these specific topics. You do this both nationally and internationally. You contribute to the continuous improvement and automation of our processes. In addition, you will also partly work in the implementation. From the daily operation you signal bottlenecks and you know how to independently work them out into a renewed processes.

The team:

The Business Support team consists of 6 very friendly and involved colleagues. They are divided into two teams, the front office and the back office team. You report to the Business Support Manager. Because these teams provide support to the entire organization, you will also have a lot of contact with all other Northwave colleagues.

Salary according to your experience between 3300 and 5000 based on 40 hours.
