About the job We're looking for a talented full stack engineer to play a key role in shaping exceptional user experiences. You will not only contribute with high-quality code to our product development, but also lead architectural discussions to ensure a scalable and efficient foundation. Take ownership of projects from concept to production Partner closely with product managers and designers to translate user needs into impactful and seamless user experiences. Advocate for features that prioritize user interaction and satisfaction. Design and develop a scalable and maintainable multi-service architecture for our applications. Participate actively in code reviews, emphasizing best practices, code quality, and high-performance solutions. Be an active participant in sprint planning, technical discussions, and post-mortem reviews. Foster knowledge sharing and mentor junior engineers, helping them elevate their skills and career paths. Develop and implement effective plans to achieve goals and objectives. We would like you to have: 5+ year of coding experience Proficiency in TypeScript, Node.js and Cloud Development Expertise in solving complex architectural problems (Clean Architecture a plus) Clean coding experience with focus on scalability and reliability Demonstrated ability to set project direction and scope Excellent communication and cooperation skills both in writing and person The ability to clearly and concisely explain complex technical and organizational problems to both technical and non-technical audiences A strong understanding of software development best practices and methodologies Nice to have Infrastructure knowledge (cloud platforms) Experience with GCP, Kubernetes, PHP, Angular, React, React Native, and Terraform Strong collaboration skills, fostering a positive and open communication environment Readiness to learn fast and work autonomously We help you succeed by offering A modern state-of-the-art office with carefully thought-out floor plans and work settings.
