Visual Inspection/Part-Time Operators

for our manufacturing facility located in Almere, the Netherlands The

Visual Inspection/Part-Time Operator s perform in-process control activities, namely visual inspection of filled finished product syringes, taking into account relevant quality requirements such as GMP guidelines and safety regulations so that production of our sterile injectable medical device (Ellansé dermal filler) takes place in an efficient and compliant manner.

Your Skills & Experience – Do You Have What it Takes?

• Previous experience working in an operational environment. • Ability to follow verbal instructions. • English or Dutch speaking and English reading. • Organised/accurate with an eye for detail and quality-minded. • Desirable to have one year+ relevant experience as an operator, preferably in the pharmaceutical or food industry. • Desirable experience working in GMP, ISO, or equivalent environment. • Full training will be given.

• Perform process control activities according to the instructions in the applicable batch records. • Securely and accurately record the inspection steps in the applicable batch records. • Report deviations during the process directly to the Line Manager • Perform Visual Inspection on filled syringes. • Ensure correct execution of described tasks. • Communicating any deviation or non-conformity directly to Line Manager • Create a high level of quality awareness and demonstrate these skills in the completion of documentation. • Keep the level of performance high and share with others. • Initiate recommendations for improvement and discuss with Operational Management • Operate and monitor processes according to SOP, where the guidelines and quality requirements are observed. • Contribute to strengthening and developing production in process control processes. Payment per hour in total 20 hours over 5 days/week.
