What will you be doing?
Within the Client Service role you will be at the epicenter of all products and services Circana delivers to the clients. You will be in contact with the operational - and commercial side of Circana and, of course, with your clients. You are responsible for creating and maintaining positive client experience and making sure that
any issues that occur are dealt with appropriately. You know your way around the vast diversity of teams and can connect with anyone in or outside the organization.


The main objectives of the role are:

• Being the right hand of the client in turning complexity into clarity.
• Understanding the data deliveries and how the clients use it for their business.
• Being in control of the different processes, such as report and database changes and quality control.
• Maintaining a positive client satisfaction score by developing a strong client connection and ensuring clients' deliverables are completed and delivered on time and in correct manner.
• Creating improvement plans to move red clients to green again.
• Working cross-functionally; addressing challenges through quick and effective resolution when required.
• Ensuring a consistent experience for all clients, regardless of size or commercial significance.
• Training clients on our software.


Requirements

To be successful as a CSE you take ownership over the processes regarding your clients. You are up to speed
on whatever is going on with your client and know their wants and needs. You keep track of the issues that
are at hand and make sure that those are handled quickly and efficiently.

Furthermore you:

  • Are an ambitious (young) professional and have a great deal of affinity with data and technology.
  • Have up to 2 years of experience in a relevant field.
  • Can keep track of multiple different ongoing processes.
  • Take ownership and responsibility for your clients.
  • Have provable skills and understanding of Excel and BI tools.
  • Are not afraid to make mistakes
  • Fluent in both Dutch and English
