What will you be doing? As a Financial Services Manager in the Insurance sector, you will be part of a team of problem solvers and will help solve complex business problems, from strategy to execution PwC Professional skills and responsibilities for this management level include: ●Developing and maintaining efficient working practices for the team; ●Coaching colleagues with regard to career and personal skills; ●Analysing complex ideas or proposals and making recommendations; ●Using multiple sources of information, including the views of wider stakeholders, to develop solutions and recommendations; ● Managing a variety of viewpoints to build consensus and create positive outcomes for all parties. Does this describe you? ●You have a higher professional or university degree and you are a chartered accountant or qualified CPA / ACCA / CA-SA; ●You have a minimum of five to six years’ working experience in audit practice for the Insurance sector; ●You have experience in PCAOB audits and SoX knowledge; ●You have an excellent command of Dutch and English, both written and verbal; ●You have good project management (planning and auditing) skills; ●You are an effective communicator, you have good social skills and enjoy working as part of a team.
