Lead Document Controller

to join our client’s team. WHAT WILL YOU DO IN THIS POSITION?

The Lead Document Controller is in charge of the daily management of the documents on a Project or in a Department. The Senior Document Controller works in a team of document controllers or can manage a project independently. TASK AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Manage and Control registers (lists) and file documents. Managing internal and external documents. Check compliance and quality of documents. Reports to the LDC/Manage QHSE. Handling correspondence. Oversees the project document flow of one package or a small project. Vocal Point for the project team regarding document control. Consult with DMS4P Support about issues, problems, and solutions. JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Intermediate Vocational Education (MBO). 2-5 years experience as a dedicated Document Controller. Structured, Accurate, Preserve. Good command of written and spoken Dutch (preference) and English (must). Operational effectiveness and stress re-resistant. Deta-vast preferably. PROJECT DETAILS:
