Job Description & Summary Are you financially competent, entrepreneurial and do you want to develop further? Within the Compliance Services team, you work on varied projects. You are involved in all compliance work that revolves around financial and non-financial accountability. This translates, for instance, into the implementation of complex legislation and the impact this has on compliance processes. The Business Compliance Services (BCS), Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) and Project Operations (PO) groups help our clients with these difficult issues. You organise the administration of leading clients, assist in preparing or checking accounts. You also assist with internal audit assignments, controls, implement risk & compliance frameworks and optimise processes. It is tangible and responsible work. What do Compliance Services do? Due to the periodically changing tax and reporting legislation, you support organisations on a continuous basis in keeping compliance processes up to date. For example, legislation requires organisations to have insight into the clients for whom they perform their work. We call this Know Your Customer (KYC). Consulting firms such as PwC support organisations through Customer Due Diligence (CDD) investigations, where sector and compliance specialists work together. In short, you and your team members will make an essential contribution to a company's reputation. Who you do business with determines your reputation, so you investigate our clients' business relationships and the origin of their assets. Think of relationships such as a director and major shareholder, an heir, a top athlete or an artist. What will you be doing? As a Consultant, you are at the centre of the Compliance practice. You are engaged in a variety of activities on a project basis. Some of the tasks you will be involved in are: KYC; Know Your Customer, and CDD; Customer Due Diligence

preparing and drafting interim and other financial reports and insights, updating and further

automating/optimising

financial administrations, compiling annual accounts and other accountability reports;

risk and process management, monitoring and testing new or existing control measures, transformation management and advising on digital solutions;

supporting clients with their compliance processes by setting up and implementing a project management structure and adding our knowledge.
