As a Business Manager of CITO, you can make the difference by initiating and executing assignments and projects on a wide variety of tomorrows challenges in a dynamic environment.

You’ll help succeed a dynamic and diverse team with a can-do mentality that focuses on delivering the right answer on strategic questions which directly contribute to the ambitions and strategic goals of the bank. You’ll work on a broad range of urgent topics, from data governance challenges to artificial intelligence for engineering opportunities, characterized by complex problems related to digital and IT. You will join a team of other Business Managers within the Business Management team of the CITO domain. Together we are responsible for supporting and advising the management team of CITO and switch easily between thinking and doing, you keep an overview and look ahead. With (project) management talent, communicative skills and organisational sensitivity you get the best out of collaborations with others. Practical Examples Set up and manage a program for a new legislation under ownership of CITO (e.g. DORA) Form a proposal to standardize the way-of-working for organizing expertise within CITO (e.g. engineering, business analysis, solution architecture, etc.) Advise senior management on the change approach and components for CITO to remain a great place to be for employees Facts & Figures 36 hours per week Circa 10,000 colleagues in the CITO domain 43,822 Rabobank colleagues around the world Top 3 responsibilities Together with the other Business Managers of CITO: Take the lead from day one on CITO-wide projects and create clear and compelling storylines, workshops and presentations tailored to stakeholders’ needs Structure issues and advise on content as well as on methodology with your strong analytical skills Provide insight on the progress of CITO’s most important change projects allowing for monitoring and steering by the management team of CITO Together we achieve more than alone We believe in the power of difference. The 6 people (including you) in the Business Management team are responsible for supporting and advising senior management across CITO to do the best next thing related to delivering on tech and data for the bank, strengthening the CITO operating model, and driving enterprise topics. You and your talent At least 5 years working experience in a consulting, business development or IT environment. Strong affinity with IT, digital and Agile way-of-working Highly analytic and strategic thinker that gathers input from different stakeholders, structures issues and creates valuable insights for senior management. Comfortable discussing with or presenting to senior management. Passion to drive change & execution. Excellent at perceiving needs Eager to learn Fluent in Dutch and English This is what we offer you up to €6.926 gross per month (scale 10-11) depending on knowledge and experience thirteenth month's salary and 8% holiday allowance; an extra budget of 10% of your gross salary to be used at your discretion.
