As a Business Consultant (Roadmap Manager) within the Credit Transformation Office you help realise the delivery of the ABN AMRO strategy: a Personal Bank in a Digital Age. In close collaboration with the Head of the Credit Transformation Office you ensure successful bank-wide execution of the Future Credit Domain (FCD), one of the 5 priorities of the ABN AMRO change portfolio. FCD initiatives develop the bank’s credit risk management capabilities to measure, monitor and proactively steer credit risk and deliver a compliant-by-design credit risk lifecycle that allows for digital and personal interaction with our clients. Your job

As Business Consultant, focused on Roadmap Management: You will have a central role in delivering value through execution of the Future Credit Domain. You will facilitate deep dives/workshops, are good at organizing around content and also have the practical skills to draw up roadmaps. Through drafting these roadmaps, you enable the organisation to further mature in “scaled agile”; you inspire, push and facilitate teams to improve their planning capabilities, you create insights into conflicting priorities and transformation sequencies/ dependencies across departments and teams, and you enable value-driven steering. This requires conceptual ability in combination with JIRA, PowerPoint and Excel skills. You will do this taking the FCD scope at large (i.e. including Lending Transformation) into consideration, whereby the value creation and the regulatory angle are also sufficiently taking into account. You are part of, and work together, within a small team, to ensure that consistent capabilities are being developed and delivered throughout the grids that work on FCD. Working Environment

The Credit Transformation Office, formerly named as the FCD Office, oversees change initiatives that are responsible for building a future-proof and robust credit landscape. FCD change initiatives are important for ABN AMRO's license-to-operate. This means that regulations and risk requirements are firmly anchored in Credit Transformation Office’s value chain and control framework. Furthermore, we are working on integrated IT systems that enable us to do our work efficiently, to deliver accurate and timely reports and to meet (future) customer needs.Credit Transformation Office hierarchically reports to the Head of Lending Transformation, which reports to the Head of Financing Solutions (FS). You become part of the Credit Transformation Office. The team has a culture of strong collaboration, hands-on approach and open communication. As a Roadmap Manager you will bring together all initiatives in an integrated transformation roadmap across the credit value chain. Delivering the FCD results requires a strong collaboration across multiple departments: Client Units, Risk, Finance, IT and DM&A to name a few. Location: Amsterdam, Noord-Holland, NL. Your profile
