: The Manager Finance Operations is an important contributor to our i+solutions team: a professional and highly energetic organization. As we are a relatively small and purpose driven organization your role is broad and touches all organizational areas. As Manager Finance Operations you are part of the Finance team and you will work closely together with the other members of the Finance Management Team, but also other departments and teams within i+solutions. The ideal candidate has a background in a shared services environment and high affinity with automation and experience with improving processes and project management. Responsibilities: Team management: responsible for development and coaching of team members Project management skills: lead projects and engage stakeholders where required Processes: identify process improvements and take the lead to establish solutions Financial Administration: Timely availability of complete and accurate data. Ensure accounts payables are controlled to Company standards and trade payables are systematically paid as per payment terms agreed with vendors. Control: Ensure the processes are well documented and controls are executed by the team to contribute to correct and complete data Documentation: Optimal accessibility of files to users Ownership of reporting to key customers Reporting: Clear and accurate insight on administrative data Provision of Information: Contribution to information distribution within i+solutions Stakeholder Management: Sustainable and accessible internal network that contributes to the positioning i+solutions within and outside the organization Financial Management Knowledge: Stay abreast of the latest developments concerning the project administration Risk Management: Actively contribute to the Finance Risk Register, identifying mitigating and contingency plans Behavioural competencies: Proactive Organization and prioritization skills Attention to detail Confidentiality Problem solving skills Ability respect work deadlines Advanced IT skills, including experience with Power BI and automation of P2P and O2C processes Good communication skills both internally and externally Qualifications Masters level with specialization in Finance and or Business Administration level with From 10 years of experience in Finance or in a related field Familiarity with accounting programs and software such as AFAS Working experience with P2P and O2C processes Solid analytical Strong planning and organization skills while organizational sensitive. Entrepreneurial attitude and mindset, open to new improvement processes, software’s etc.. Team-oriented and good interpersonal communication skills with an energetic approach.
