We’re looking for a

Manager, Commercial and Operations in London or Schiphol Riijk Job Purpose Conduct Quantitative and qualitative analyses of C&O initiatives that have a material impact on the Group

Shape selected commercial strategies (branding, proposition, go-to-market, sales channels, etc), support the in-market blueprint / solution and work with central/local teams to drive measurable improvements in customer loyalty / rNPS, higher Net Adds and/or higher ARPU per customer

Support the

commercial/operational

side of strategic programs, such as Netco/Servco separation,

post-merger-integration

activities or digital transformation programs.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES Produce robust quantitative analyses to drive commercial insights and recommendations

Turn your analyses into structures material, presenting it to stakeholders.

Support team Director’s decision making and project / area leadership with your insights

Help shape commercial strategies around product, service and experience: providing expertise to the proposition blueprint, the branding elements, the go2market strategy

Co-ordinate across departments within Liberty Global and the OpCos (finance, technology, strategy, legal and the people team) to achieve shared business objectives in the commercial/ operations domain

Measure the success of program implementations around the group / all opco’s – tracking KPIs in customer loyalty / rNPS, higher Net Adds and/or higher ARPU per customer

Contribute data and opinions to the reporting on commercial guidance and insights to the Liberty Global Executive and non-Executive Board (on a non-recurring basis)

Stay informed about commercial, operational and technological trends and innovations relevant to the industry

KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE ESSENTIAL SKILLS & ABILITIES: Strong analytical skills

Strong presentation skills, excellent communicator and capable of communicating to a range of stakeholders

Service orientation, non-opiniated, consultative style

Collaboration mindset, attitude and way-of-working,

Hands-on mentality

Ability to cope with high pressure assignments and used to meeting strict deadlines whilst maintaining accuracy

Fluent in English

DESIRABLE SKILLS & ABILITIES: Experience in corporate strategy and commercial environments

Proven track record in strategic thinking, transformation management, commercial management, operations

Strong financial modelling skills
