Team Lead SPITS Apeldoorn Voor SPITS Apeldoorn zijn wij momenteel op zoek naar een Team Lead. Je rapporteert in deze rol aan de Operations Manager. Het betreft een functie waarin jij samen met de andere Team Leads impact gaat maken in de verdere groei en verbetering van de organisatie. De ambitie ligt torenhoog daarom zoeken we iemand met een stevig profiel die procesmatig sterk is en in staat is om een team van veelal vaste medewerkers verder uit te bouwen en te binden en boeien voor de toekomst. Fulltime 36 uur | Apeldoorn | Salaris conform CAO Apotheken | Vast contract Over ons bedrijf Apotheken kunnen geneesmiddelen voor patiënten in instellingen en de thuissituatie per innamemoment verpakt in zakjes aanbieden. Dit verhoogt de kwaliteit van de

geneesmiddelenverstrekking

en de medicatieveiligheid aanzienlijk. Bovendien biedt de apotheek hiermee een extra service aan instellingen, thuiszorg en mantelzorgers.

Als onderdeel van Alliance Healthcare Nederland verpakt SPITS volledig geautomatiseerd op basis van de patiëntgegevens geneesmiddelen per soort of innamemoment in zakjes. Deze zakjes vormen samen een rol met medicatie voor een bepaalde tijd (bijvoorbeeld 1 week); de Medirol. Apotheken ontvangen de Medirollen via Alliance Healthcare Nederland.

SPITS heeft kwaliteit hoog in het vaandel. SPITS werkt met strikte protocollen en met een nieuwe generatie schouwmachines, waarbij een betrouwbaarheid percentage van maar liefst 99,997% wordt behaald. De drie vestigingen van SPITS zijn gecertificeerd volgens de meest recente ISO-norm. Functie omschrijving In deze rol ben je samen met het team en je collega’s Team Leads verantwoordelijk voor het tijdig verpakken en versturen van de Medi rollen conform de geldende

kwaliteitsrichtlijnen.

Hierbij horen werkzaamheden die betrekking hebben op ontvangst, opslag, verzamelen en gereed maken van goederen voor transport. Dit volgens de GMP normen en werkinstructies zodat aan de geldende eisen voldaan wordt. Jouw taken zien er als volgt uit: Leiding geven aan een deel van de medewerkers in de productie; Het team verbinden en bijsturen om de geldende procedures en werkinstructie te volgen; Ontwikkelen van de medewerkers, opvolging functioneren en begeleiden verzuim; Zorg dragen voor een goed verloop van de

productiewerkzaamheden,

tijdig signaleren van knelpunten en het uitvoeren van administratieve taken; Over jou Je bent iemand die slagvaardig is en adequaat kan handelen; Een hoge mate van kwaliteitsbewustzijn heeft; Zelfstandig en in teamverband kan werken.
