We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Biogas Plant Manager to oversee the operations of our state-of-the-art biogas facility in Sterksel. This role requires a proactive leader who can ensure efficient and safe plant operations, drive continuous improvement, and manage a team of skilled technicians and operators. Key Responsibilities: Oversee the daily operations of the biogas plant, ensuring compliance with safety and environmental regulations. Lead and manage a team of plant operators and technicians, providing training and support as needed. Monitor plant performance and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity. Coordinate maintenance and repair activities to minimize downtime and ensure the reliability of plant equipment. Manage budgets, operational costs, and ensure financial targets are met. Liaise with regulatory bodies, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth plant operations. Prepare and present regular reports on plant performance, safety, and environmental compliance. Qualifications and Experience: Proven experience in managing biogas or similar renewable energy plants (Anaerobic Digestion) Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent understanding of biogas plant operations, including anaerobic digestion, gas upgrading, and power generation. Ability to analyze and optimize plant processes.
