To support the realisation of the grid’s ambitions as Strategy Execution Manager you will work on amongst others (focus and priorities are determined periodically): Supporting and providing strategic advice to senior members of the team (Grid Owner, Product Owners, Business Developers) as well as senior stakeholders in the businesses that the grid supports; Consultancy projects: focussed on supporting prioritised deliveries and (change) projects, grid strategy, etc. (more information on the background and objectives of these projects can be discussed); Program management: focussed on key interdependencies and alignment with key stakeholders in the countries (e.g. WM and CB stakeholders in the business) and at the head office level (e.g. Priority Domains, Enterprise Architecture, Finance, etc.); Business management: mainly focussed on grid related presentations and updates, etc. Working environment

You will be part of the International Core Banking grid, a diverse internationally oriented grid that is part of Product Unit Wealth.The International Core Banking grid is responsible for serving ABN AMRO’s Wealth Management and Corporate Banking businesses internationally with applications including amongst others T24 (core banking), SmartStream (accounting) and Data Platform / Reporting services (data and reporting services); Over the past years the grid has been required to reposition itself following key strategic decisions including the wind-down of non-core CB locations (e.g. Hong Kong, Singapore, etc.) and maintaining the decentralised setup of core banking applications for Wealth Management in Germany and France. Your key stakeholders outside the grid are the foreign branches of Wealth Management and Corporate Banking. Your key stakeholders outside the grid are i) the foreign branches of Wealth Management and Corporate Banking, and ii) various parties at the head office level (e.g. Priority Domains, Enterprise Architecture, Finance, etc.). Your base location is the Gustav Mahlerlaan, Amsterdam but you will also be expected to work at the Groenelaan, Amstelveen. Furthermore, as at many companies we expect you to work in a hybrid fashion. This effectively means that with your team you assess the best way to support the team's activities and come to a good balance between working from home and in the office.Finally, you may occasionally be required to travel to the offices of our affiliates in Belgium, Germany, France and the UK. You have a background in strategy execution and/or management consulting; You are able to work independently and take the lead on projects / specific topics; You have strong analytical and problem-solving skills; You have excellent stakeholder management skills; Your way of getting things done naturally makes you collaborate across silos; You are fluent in English and Dutch. In this role you will get the opportunity to play a key role in positioning the International Core Banking grid to optimally support the international growth strategies of Corporate Banking and Wealth Management! In the next phase the focus is on the realisation of the (ambitious) international growth ambitions.

Furthermore: The gross monthly salary displayed above is based on a 36-hour work week, including vacation pay and benefit budget. 40-hour work week is also possible. The Benefit Budget is 11% of your salary. The Benefit Budget allows you to acquire additional employment benefits. If you make no purchases or reservations in the Benefit Shop in a given month, you are paid one twelfth of your Benefit Budget that month. Five weeks of vacation per year. You have the option to purchase an additional four weeks per year. Personal development Budget of € 1,000 per year, which you can accumulate up to € 3,000.
