As Data Management Expert you know the world of data and analytics very well, and within a short period of time you will know how to link this perfectly to work field within ABN AMRO. Your activities revolve around getting insights from our data sets, create and monitor reports, control, identify and monitor the Data quality

process from FR&R perspective, providing relevant steering advice to (senior) management and working on requirements to build and implement data sets which can be used for reporting, monitoring and identification purposes. We are looking for a colleague to join the Data Management team. As Data Management Expert within the Data & Analytics team, you will be involved in the following activities: •

Investigate, analyze and monitor relevant developments in our data sets; •

Report on specific FR&R related topics such as valuation and revisions ; •

Work on data requirements, from creation to implementation; •

Ensure that data is reliable, complete, consistent, and aligned with the ABN AMRO’s data governance policies; •

Participate in the bankwide Data Quality Issue Management process; •

Create steering information for (senior) management and FR&R teams; •

Engaging with Business, Risk and Finance stakeholders

Working environment

Financial Restructuring & Recovery (FR&R) is responsible for the high-risk loans of ABN AMRO, and therefore positioned in a dynamic environment in which customer relationships, managing risks and dealing with internal and external stakeholders (including regulators, advisers and other parts within ABN AMRO) is of great importance. The Data & Analytics team is the Data Enabler within FR&R, ensuring data-driven support and data-driven decision making. Between 3-5 years working experience •

Strong analytical skills and affinity with datasets •

You are pro-active and like working in a team or project •

Strong communication (both verbal and written), in English and in Dutch •

Ability to work with different stakeholders across the chain and across the bank •

Relevant Risk (business) knowledge •

Experience with PowerBI is recommended •

Experience in financial services (preferably Risk Management experience) is a plus
