As part of the Workplace Services organization, reporting to the Director, Real Estate Programs, you will provide support and structure to the Real Estate Team within EMEA and APJ regions. In this role, you will be responsible for negotiating brokerage agreements, reviewing, managing, and negotiating assignments and lease disposals, handling tenant issues, and lease compliance. You will assist with activities such as strategic planning, real estate database updates, verification of financial information, and rental payments for the EMEA and APJ facilities. You will collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams including Facilities Operations, Global Security, IT, Procurement, HR as well as Legal, Finance, and external partners.

What the role offers Responsible for reviewing, verifying, and tracking EMEA/APJ rental invoices payable to landlords. Liaise with landlords, property managers, subtenants, accounts receivable, and accounts payable to ensure rent and related amounts are paid correctly and processed on time Assist internal colleagues by collecting real estate costs, market analysis, property options through brokers and other third-party suppliers Work with Procurement to oversee real estate services vendors, take ownership of the PO process, set up new vendors/ customers, and ensure timely and accurate processing Provide support with various real estate deliverables such as financial summaries and analyses, review and interpretation of key lease provisions and other relevant data, etc. Responsible for coordinating post-acquisition integration planning activities, including lease disposition activities Contribute to the efficient running of the team

What you need to succeed A bachelor’s degree or college diploma in Business or Finance or relevant working experience High level of organization and attention to detail Strong communication and negotiation skills Familiarity with office leases and commonly used clauses Solid knowledge of MS Office: Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint Excellent written and verbal English language skills, other language skills would be beneficial
