Role Overview: We are seeking an experienced FP&A Anaplan Solution Architect to join our team in the Netherlands. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in financial planning and analysis, coupled with extensive experience in designing and implementing Anaplan solutions. As an FP&A Anaplan Solution Architect, you will play a critical role in developing and optimizing our clients' financial planning processes, enabling data-driven decision-making, and enhancing overall business performance. Key Responsibilities: Solution Design and Implementation: Lead the design and implementation of Anaplan solutions for financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable Anaplan models. Develop and maintain complex Anaplan models, ensuring they meet business requirements and industry best practices. Project Management: Manage multiple Anaplan projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project scope and objectives. Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including finance, IT, and business units, to ensure seamless project execution. Technical Expertise: Provide technical leadership and guidance on Anaplan platform capabilities and functionalities. Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to Anaplan models and integrations. Training and Support: Conduct training sessions and workshops to enhance user adoption and proficiency with Anaplan tools. Offer ongoing support and maintenance for existing Anaplan solutions. Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with the latest Anaplan developments and industry trends. Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices to optimize financial planning processes. Qualifications: Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial planning and analysis (FP&A). At least 3 years of hands-on experience with Anaplan solution design, development, and implementation. Anaplan Solution Architect certification Strong understanding of financial processes, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting. Proficiency in data modelling, analysis, and visualization. Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders effectively. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
