Operations Specialist

XXImo is growing rapidly, and we are looking for talented individuals like you! As an Operations Specialist, you will manage various processes within the operations department. Your responsibilities will include onboarding new customers (both national and international), monitoring daily operations-related tasks, and improving internal processes.

The Customer Operations department is a relatively new team within XXImo and that's why we're looking for you to help make it successful! From the back office, the Customer Operations team ensures that the use of XXImo runs smoothly for our merchants, partners, customers and end users. The operations team is in the centre of the organisation, which means that you will be working with other teams on a daily basis (such as Customer support, IT support, Development, Sales / Accountmanagement and finance departments). In this position you will report to the Team Lead Operations. Role & Responsibility Your work is very diverse, so it is essential that you can effectively prioritize tasks and manage them independently. One moment you may be handling different types of onboardings, and the next you might be working on various internal projects. Tasks that are part of your responsibilities include: Responsible for the (sometimes complex) onboardings of new customers and their set-up in our backoffice system. Advise internal and external stakeholders on configuration options and functionalities. Continuously monitor operational processes. Contribute to the development of new functionalities and improvements to our product. Evaluate and optimize existing processes to increase efficiency and productivity. Maintain customer relationships by answering questions and providing support daily. Coordinate and collaborate with various departments within XXImo to ensure seamless operational execution.

Knowledge, expertise & competencies You are accustomed to speaking with B2B customers and always present yourself in a professional manner. You have a proactive attitude and are able to work independently. You are solution-oriented and love a challenge or a complex puzzle. You are able to analyse and assess the impact of an issue and determine the appropriate course of action for internal escalation. You have experience in process optimisation. You have 3 to 5 years of work experience in a startup or scale-up organisation (ideally in tech/B2B SaaS) You are excellent in Dutch and English, both verbally and in writing. You are available for a minimum of 32 hours per week, preferably 40 hours. We offer You will work in a very innovative, fast-growing and internationally oriented organization.
