Tribe Business Lending supports business clients with financial solutions, such as loans, credit facilities, lease and factoring solutions. With this context, it is easy to understand that Business Lending not only plays a crucial role for Rabobank, but also for the whole Dutch economy and society.The Business Lending Tech department is responsible for all the IT within the tribe Business Lending. As Tech Lead ACOJ you are responsible for the delivery and continuity of Tech within the ACOJ area for Factoring, Contracting and Delivery. This includes over 50 IT colleagues, over 6 squads and over 5 million euros. The Area Corporate Origination Journey is responsible for the origination journey of corporate customers. This includes new financing requests, as well as new leasing and factoring requests. You are also responsible for the mid and back office of Factoring. The challenge is focused on creating a completely new corporate journey, in a new architecture. In which financing requests and leasing and factoring requests are integrated. And with that, the decommissioning of the legacy systems can take place. Within the realisation of the new corporate journey, it is necessary to implement new risk models. We are in the middle of the realization of this new corporate journey and maturing the operational excellence capabilities of the squads, with full focus on timely realization of the roadmap, in which a large number of parties play a role. As a result, it is a playing field with a lot of complexity, uncertainties and therefore pressure. This requires a senior manager who can deal effectively with this pressure, is able to apply the right focus, organize things well, take employees with him and understands the business ambitions and ensures that they are realized. The Tech Lead is a member of the ACOJ Tech management team (4 tech leads and a senior tech lead) and the Chapter MT of the Tech Domain Business Lending. And is therefore jointly responsible for the realisation of the domain-specific objectives, which will focus on quality improvements in 2024.
