Join the Tribe Payments, area ‘Shopping’ where we create frictionless, safe shopping payment solutions for our customers and partners to use across the world! You'll be part of the squad called Transporter, which focuses on creating and maintaining open banking API's, These API’s are making it possible for third parties to connect to the Rabobank. For example, think about bookkeeping software. Besides the open banking API’s the squad also maintain account information API's which make it possible for our end-users to see their account balance in the Rabobank App on their mobile phone or through the website of Rabobank. The account information API's are business critical applications within the Rabobank and receive over 15 million plus API calls per day. We're searching for a technical business analyst who takes ownership and is able to challenge the status quo. You'll work closely with the product owner, solution architect and the rest of the team. You'll be the linking pin to the stakeholders and the development team. Does this sound like a match? Please reach out! Expectations: Create business and non-functional requirements. Act as a skilled sparring partner for business, architects, development teams, product owners, and other stakeholders. Translate business and technical requirements into user stories and take responsibility for realizing them together with the development teams. Dive deep into technical details while maintaining an overview of the whole. Collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders who use APIs. Focus not only on new developments but also on improving existing applications and processes. Stay informed about technological developments and their impact on managed applications. Have an affinity for technology and a genuine desire to understand how APIs and systems work together. Your skills: At least 4 years of experience as a Business Analyst. At least 4 years of experience in complex application landscapes in the role of a Business Analyst. At least 1 year of experience in the financial/banking sector. Experience setting up interfaces with both external and internal connecting systems. Familiarity with agile development, DevOps, and certification as an agile professional (preferred). Fluent in English, both orally and in writing. It’s an advantage if you’re also able to speak Dutch. Successfully completed a relevant technical or business-oriented HBO or WO education. Experience managing a complex stakeholder environment. Experience with Azure Devops and Confluence Pré to have experience in a technical role, such as a developer or test automation engineer. Personal skills: Organized and able to maintain an overview. Convincing and impactful communicator. Results-driven. Solution-oriented. Collaborative. Proactive. Detail-oriented. Analytical, with well-developed problem-solving abilities. Skilled in presenting. This is what we offer you Salary between €4.292 and €6.130 gross per month (scale 9), 36 hours per week (40 hours possible); Thirteenth (13th) month's salary and (8% )holiday allowance; an extra budget of (11%) of your gross monthly salary to be used at your discretion.
