The Data Management Governance (MDG) Organization supports business processes, guidelines and escalation procedures for managing changes to elements of the MDM framework; Continuous Data Quality Monitoring; DATA-driven decision making with high quality master data; issue and incident resolution regarding data and data quality and up-to-standard MDM processes.

This position requires strong leadership skills, experience managing all stakeholders, functional and technical SAP expertise of master data, deep understanding of MDM principles and content knowledge to be able to act as a sparring partner for team members & business. The location for this role is Arnhem. Responsibilities:

• MDM Strategy: Develop, plan and implement MDM strategies that align with our business objectives; • Team Development: Further develop the central team of MDM professionals, providing leadership and mentorship and guide the MDM governance organization in realizing their objectives; • Functional responsible for decentral Master Data Stewards/Custodians; • Change Management: Leading the MDM centralization process to ensure successful adoption within the organization; • Performance Management: Set-up KPI’s for master data across all the end-to-end processes for data quality and process adherence. Set-up standards for master data business processes modelling and work instructions using ARIS. • Stakeholder management: Align requirements from the business across all stakeholders and being an ambassador for the relevancy of master data in the organization

Your profile

For this challenging role you have at least a bachelor's degree with preferably 5-10 years of work experience in a MDM manager or consulting environment And in addition, you have: Master-Data-minded experience (e.g. shown through previous work experience) Knowledge of SAP S/4 HANA and Salesforce Experience in Master Data Concepts and Data Structure preferably in Chemical Industry Practical experience in how to further expand Master Data capabilities in an organization Stakeholder management capabilities Proficiency in Dutch, both spoken and written, is preferred Our offer
