Role Overview: We are seeking an experienced Audit Manager with a specialized focus on Liquidity Risk, Market Risk, ILAAP, ICAAP, and A-IRB models. The successful candidate will play a critical role in enhancing our risk management framework, ensuring regulatory compliance, and contributing to the overall stability and growth of the bank. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage audit engagements related to Liquidity Risk, Market Risk, ILAAP, ICAAP, and A-IRB models. Develop and execute comprehensive audit plans, including risk assessments and audit scope determinations. Evaluate the effectiveness of risk management processes and internal controls. Provide expert insights and recommendations to improve risk management practices and regulatory compliance. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure audit findings are addressed and resolved in a timely manner. Prepare detailed audit reports and present findings to senior management and stakeholders. Stay updated with the latest regulatory requirements and industry best practices. Team Dynamics:

You will be joining a diverse, international team of about 13 skilled professionals. Qualifications: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field. Professional certifications such as CIA, CISA, or ACCA are highly desirable. Minimum of 5 years of experience in auditing within the banking or financial services sector. In-depth knowledge of Liquidity Risk, Market Risk, ILAAP, ICAAP, and A-IRB models. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
