We are seeking an experienced Audit Manager with a strong background in the insurance sector. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in conducting audits across various domains, including IT audits, pensions, and investments. This role is critical in ensuring the integrity of our operations, compliance with regulations, and the overall enhancement of our risk management practices. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage audit engagements related to diverse areas such as IT audits, pensions, and investments. Develop and implement robust audit plans, including risk assessments and defining audit scopes. Assess the effectiveness of internal controls and risk management processes within the insurance sector. Provide actionable recommendations to enhance risk management and compliance practices. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address and resolve audit findings promptly. Prepare comprehensive audit reports and present findings to senior management and stakeholders. Stay abreast of regulatory requirements and industry best practices, particularly within the insurance domain. Team Dynamics:

You will be part of a diverse and international team of approximately 13 talented professionals. Qualifications: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field. Professional certifications such as CIA, CISA, or ACCA are highly desirable. Minimum of 5 years of experience in auditing within the insurance or financial services sector. Strong knowledge of insurance industry regulations and best practices. Proven experience in IT audits, pensions, and investments. Excellent analytical skills and keen attention to detail. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently as well as part of a dynamic team. Proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.
