You have an important and exciting responsibility in leading the FEC audit expertise team, building global FEC capabilities and deliver FEC audit assurance with a global scope. Your leadership, stakeholder management, craftmanship and strong communication skills support you to provide value to management. You and your job As a Head of Audit FEC, you contribute to achieve the banks’ strategic objectives. You also improve the risk management and internal control of Rabobank by providing assurance to Senior Management of the Bank. You lead one of the two FEC portfolios, which are part of Domain FEC at Audit Rabobank. The Audit Domain FEC consists of 43 talented and diverse colleagues, with a variety of seniority, expertise and international backgrounds. Get results Deliver FEC audit assurance and provide value and insights to Senior management; Build FEC capabilities in Audit Rabobank; Lead the FEC portfolio with a global scope and develop the FEC expertise team. Facts & Figures 40 hours per week; Provide audit assurance for the FEC domain within Rabobank; Part of management team of Domain FEC and Global Leadership Team of Audit Rabobank; 9.5 million customers around the world served by Rabobank. Top 3 responsibilities Perform audit risk assessments and deliver high-quality audits, together with your colleagues; Act as a professional sparring partner of Senior Management and other stakeholders; Provide result driven leadership to the FEC portfolio and continuously invest in your personal development in this evolving domain. You and your talent As a leader you take responsibility and ownership to facilitate, steer and inspire your team. In addition, the following are requirements: Mature work experience in or affinity with financial services; Knowledge of relevant WWFT, Sanctions and other FEC related regulations; Audit expertise, a RO or RA title and work experience as an auditor is an advantage; Knowledge in areas such as banking, FEC, models, IT, Data and regulatory reporting.
