Job Description Organon is looking for a

Director, Demand and Supply Planning Lead

for the Women's Health franchise that will be a key member of the Integrated Supply Planning Leadership team. This role can either be based in the

Netherlands

or

Switzerland

and will report to the Integrated Supply Planning Lead at Organon. The Demand & Supply Planning Lead is responsible for building, managing and continuously improving the Demand & Supply Planning activities for internal sites and external CMOs, as well as for core markets and clusters. The incumbent is responsible to ensure consistent demand and supply planning processes adherence across the network and between the different Franchises. The Demand & Supply Planning Lead has a close link with the core members of the Integrated Supply Planning organization: Master data Global Lead, Inventory & Compliance Lead and IBP & Perfomance lead. Role Responsibilities: The role is responsible for the franchise in scope (Women's Health), and within the planning horizon (0 to 36 months) to: Lead and develop a team of Franchise(s) focused Demand, core E2E and Regional Supply Planning professionals.

Ensure compliant and uninterrupted supply from Customer node to Supplying node, throughout our company’s network of internal and external sites. The job holder is responsible for developing, implementing, and continuously improving segmented supply plans, tactics and metrics.

Lead demand management globally by partnering with regional Supply Chain Operation teams and ensuring accurate brand & SKU level demand signal is being propagated towards the supply network and provide strategic and tactical guidance to the market / cluster demand planning community. Define and implement key performance indicators driving forecast accuracy.

Support the Integrated Supply Planning Lead in scheduling and leading IBP meetings such as Franchise Reviews, Site Supply Reviews (SSR), Global Supply Reviews (GSR), Global Demand Reviews (GDR), Global Business reviews (GBR), Global Events or Global Allocations.

Act as single point of contact towards Procurement, Finance, Franchise leads, Global Brand Leads, internal and external sites and regional Supply Chain Operations Leads to escalate and mitigate situtations where demand and supply are unbalanced across the global network.

The Demand & Supply Planning Lead will also: support the implementation and execution of demand & supply planning strategies in alignment with Commercial / Customer needs whilst optimizing costs as per agreed global inventory policy.

drive budgeting activities of internal and extenal sites (Profit Planning & Tally). Cost commitments and inventory optimizations are mandatory ownership of the job holder through respecting contractual obligations with external vendor/contract manufacturer as well as optimizing internal sites capacity utilization.

Required Education, Experience, and Skills: Minimum 3 years of commercial operations / S&OP experience in high pressure matrix organizations preferably within pharma and/or different industry sectors.

Minimum 7 years’ experience leading teams in a Supply Chain role (Planning, Customer Service, Supply Operations, Manufacturing or Logistics).

Project Management: Demonstrated track record of delivering projects and realizing benefits within time, budget.

Detailed knowledge of S&OP, Order to Cash, Financial and Supply Planning processes and systems.

Experienced ERP / Planning Systems Use

Strong customer focus, inter-personal skills and information systems skills.

Ability to listen to others and link to others’ ideas.

Attention to detail and a passion for data accuracy.

Critical thinking and problem-solving skills, including familiarity with operations concepts such as DMAIC, Lean 5S, SCOR.

Ability to present complex analysis in understandable forms to business stakeholders.

Demonstrated leadership through influence and effective conflict resolution and ability to manage people in a matrix reporting structure.
