based on your liked jobs. As an adoption consultant, you play a crucial role in upcoming (IT) changes that are driven by user needs and/or have impact on the user. You and your Job In this role you work in the sweet spot where User-, Business and Tech perspectives come together. You will work closely with IT and business teams to identify areas of improvement. You will develop strategies to increase adoption and usage of products and services for our colleagues. You are also responsible to guide the implementation of changes, with the aim to impact as little as possible on the people chain. You and your talent a bachelor or master degree, or an equivalent working / thinking level excellent proficiency in English User-Centric Focus: you understand and prioritize the needs of users and customers in all aspects of the (IT) change process. This involves having a deep empathy for the end user and considering their perspectives when making decisions. Agility: you demonstrate the ability to change own actions, course or approach in a changing situation. You also take feedback into account and learn from mistakes. Helicopter View: being able to take a step back and view the situation from a higher level, rather than getting bogged down in the details. This allows an adoption consultant to identify potential roadblocks and opportunities for optimization. Collaborate/Co-Create: you work effectively with others to achieve common goals. It involves being able to communicate effectively, build relationships, and facilitate collaboration among stakeholders. You also seek the opportunity to co-create with other teams and stakeholders. This is what we offer you a gross monthly salary between € 3.711,- and € 5.300,- (scale 8, 36 hours per week (40 hours possible)). 13th month and holiday pay: the holiday allowance and annual allowance will usually be paid out in 12 equal monthly instalments. Employees have the option once a year to opt for the holiday allowance to be paid out in May and the annual allowance in December. an Employee Benefit Budget (11% of your monthly salary). You decide how to spend this budget. This may include purchasing extra leave days, making extra pension contributions, or even receiving a monthly cash pay-out. an annual personal development/training budget of € 1.400,- 100% reimbursement of commuting costs if you travel by public transport! Do you still prefer to travel by car or motorbike? Then choose a commuting allowance. a monthly € 40,- net work from home allowance, based on working from home 5 days per week. a monthly € 40,- net internet allowance. Attractive pension fund with a personal contribution of only 5.5%. Rabobank will contribute 21.5%.
