We are looking for a

Junior EKAD Expert

to join the European Key Account Desk Team. Theteamconsists of 25 people, all dealing on a day to day basis with DHL’s largest multinational customers. It is a very diverse team, not only by age and experience, but also by gender and nationality. The atmosphere is positive , where we focus on results and achievements rather than failures.

How will you contribute to the success of DHL? As Junior EKAD Expert, it's your responsibility to guarantee a continuous cash flow, high customer satisfaction and elimination of errors at the source. You are the single point of contact for some of our largest European customers and are responsible to effectively manage the full Order to Cash cycle and Finance processes. The ultimate goal is that you ensure these customers pay for the services rendered by DHL Express. You'll be managing a customer portfolio with an average yearly gross sales of approximately 1-10 million euro.

Having your own individual customer(s) to focus on, doesn't mean you are working alone. Within the team we share our knowledge, background and experience and face challenges together! Teamwork is key!

Reduce the outstanding debt and make sure targets are met by providing the best possible customer service leading to high customer satisfaction;

Analyze your customer portfolio based on different data streams and prioritize concrete actions;

Perform root cause analysis to identify the issue that affect the order-to-cash processand drive the resolution to ensure the issues do not appear again, and therefore the audit and payment processes will not be delayed;

Connect the dots between various internal DHL functions such as pricing, billing, master data management, customer service and sales but also our systems and processes;

Initiate process improvements where needed and take ownership for customer satisfaction.

Build strong relationships with stakeholders and manage these effectively.

Do you have what it takes? We are looking for someone with at least a finished bachelor's Degree and 2 years of working experience in the field of finance, customer service, collection, sales or other relevant areas. As you will be working with high demanding customers, it is important to have strong stakeholder management skills and empathy. You have great communication skills that help you identify core issues and solve these adequate.

Great customer orientation;

Strong communication skills, both verbally and written;

GreatAnalytical, organizational, prioritizing & structuring skills;

Results oriented and able to manage deadlines;

Strong PC skills, particularly the capability of managing large volumes of data in MS-Excel;

Experience with key account customer portfolios and international sensitive customers;

Strong English (business) language skills and mastery of at least one other European language.
