Detailed Role Description: Plan and maintain strong and profitable product portfolio on assigned retail partners based on the product portfolio for each fiscal quarter; Developing the business strategy and have end to end ownership and accountability for the sales process. Track sales-in and sales-out reporting, inventory management and analysis of our KPI’s; Create and execute retail account plans; Manage the product lifecycle within retail partners to assure product availability as well as transitioning to new product series; Establish a strong collaboration with all local and regional functions (e.g. Product Marketing, Marketing, Finance) that are critical for the achievement of goals; Managing relationships with retail partners on multiple organizational levels in order to build mutually beneficial relationships; Analyze/ Understand GFK market data and retailer partner sales data in order to anticipate on trends, potential issues and to asses opportunities; Position Requirements At least 3 years of (retail) sales or buying experience within the technology hardware industry; Solid knowledge of the PC industry, competing products, vendors, partners and the retail channel in the Netherlands area; Understands the retail partner’s business to effectively perform account management in order to achieve (mutual) business goals; Ability to develop and implement a comprehensive retail sales strategy including knowledge of promotional marketing processes and practices; Highly motivated, pro-active, self-starting and vigorous mindset is required; Negotiation skills and ability to frame our wide Consumer product value proposition; Be innovative with the ability to spot, develop and implement business opportunities; We are an Equal Opportunity Employer and do not discriminate against any employee or applicant for employment because of race, color, sex, age, religion, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, status as a veteran, and basis of disability or any federal, state, or local protected class.
