Your role as a Change & Communication Specialist - I&T Strategy and input focusses on change management and communication for the entire I&T organisation, which is large and consists of 8 different domains. The overall objective of the change & communication capability is to ensure that all colleagues within I&T understand how they contribute to the IT strategy and how I&T contributes to the bank-wide strategy; ensure the broader organization understands how I&T contributes to the strategy of the bank; create a culture of pride internally and promote ABN AMRO as an attractive place to work externally. Thereby retaining current talent and attracting new hires. Initiating, planning, implementing and evaluating are all within your skillset. Furthermore, developing communication strategies, developing and creating communication formats and content and active stakeholder-management across the organisation, including senior management, are important skills. You are up to date with the IT strategy and the key strategic topics within I&T. In addition, you know the bankwide priorities and understand how I&T contributes to them. As a Change & Communication Specialist - I&T Strategy, you are involved in strategic change & communication initiatives as well as the more tactical and operational activities associated with it. In addition to day-to-day delivery, you will be encouraged to take time to reflect and actively work on your personal development. You are in charge! You are a consultant with at least 8-10 years of experience and a track record of successfully contributing to strategic change and communication projects within an IT context. You are adept at translating IT strategy and developments into concise, compelling stories in non-tech language and at identifying opportunities for improving internal engagement and enhancing a culture of trust. You are a go-getter, a critical thinker with a meticulous mindset and you are able to think outside the box. Moreover, you have experience with developing impactful change and communication strategies ánd with executing concrete implementations. Additionally, you have strong stakeholder management skills and are comfortable interacting on a regular base with senior management. Most importantly, you are eager to professionalise change and communication in an organization that is large and complex. In general you have the following attributes (in random order): University/HBO education with at least 8-10 years experience in change management and communication within an IT context Excellent communication, writing and planning skills, meticulous mindset Experience with stakeholder management and with interacting with senior management Peferably a good understanding of the I&T organisation within ABN AMRO Ability to see the bigger picture and take initiative where needed Fluent in English, both written and spoken As the team is very small, we are looking for someone who is allround, flexible, can act both on an operational, tactical and strategic level, has a hands-on mentality and a positive mindset N.B. The gross monthly salary displayed above is based on a 36-hour work week, including vacation pay and benefit budget. The Benefit Budget is 11% of your salary. The Benefit Budget allows you to acquire additional employment benefits. If you make no purchases or reservations in the Benefit Shop in a given month, you are paid one twelfth of your Benefit Budget that month. Five weeks of vacation per year. You have the option to purchase an additional four weeks per year. Personal development Budget of € 1,000 per year, which you can accumulate up to € 3,000. Possibility to work from home (in consultation with your team and depending on your position). An annual public transport pass with free public transportation throughout the Netherlands.
