You will be part of the Accounts Payable team of 5. The team works on processing an increased amount of invoices in an increasingly complex growing company. Our Manager Accounting & Financial Control leads a team of 12 seasoned professionals who specialize in Trade and non-Trade Accounting, VAT Compliancy and Accounts Payable. The Team holds an exciting mix of nationalities. In this role you will report to the Lead Accounts Payable and you will be part of a team of 4 Accounts Payable Officers contributing towards timely, accurate, well-controlled and accurate processing of (purchase) invoices and payments. Your role Three-way match invoice posting Daily assigning and posting of invoices (non three-way match process) Daily maintenance of the AP mailbox and its follow up Prepare payment proposals Vendor master data changes processing Daily bank statement processing / postings Maintenance AP subledger About you You have a degree in Business Administration (MBO) or related studies and at least three years of professional experience in accounts payable. Excellent understanding of the English language (written and spoken); You have profound knowledge of MS Office and preferable experience in SAP; Personally you demonstrate integrity and an analytical & structured way of working; You act proactively, like a self-starter who is communicative to his environment and stress tolerant; Sees challenges in continuously improving processes/procedures related to your role; Available for 32-40 hours per week
