Customer Journey Specialist

Recently Kramp introduced a new operating model. In order to increase the responsiveness to local market dynamics the company introduced Cluster Management Teams to drive the business in different regions. We are looking for a Customer Journey Specialist who will be in the lead to deliver an exceptional digital experience across multiple locations, devices, and languages. You will be doing customer research and mapping shopping behaviour. You will develop, execute and maintain content and activities in order to enhance user experience and increase conversion and revenue. What is your role? Your specific tasks include: Perform channel analysis and integration techniques, aiming to provide an understanding of customer touchpoints, marketing channels, and opportunities for channel integration. Lead implementation and performance of techniques such as voice of the customer initiatives, journey mapping, and qualitative touchpoint analysis to identify customer pain points, challenges, and hurdles; advise on approaches to eliminate negative experiences and enhance customer interactions. Perform analyses that contribute to the understanding of the needs and expectations of different customer segments and make recommendations with a potential impact on the CX strategy. Support customer and market research by performing customer and market research and analysis techniques. Conduct research using primary data sources and select information needed for the analysis of key themes and trends. Support digital channel management by analyzing best practices through competitive benchmarking, customer insights, A/B testing, feedback from cross-functional partners, and site feature/functionality enhancement. Prepare and coordinate the completion of various data and analytics reports. Your team In this role you will report to the Marketing Performance Manager. Your team consists of a Marketing Performance Analyst, Digital Performance Specialist – Search & Engine, Email and Automation Specialists, Advertising Specialist, Tag Manager Who are you? For this job we have a couple of requirements: Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent Level of Work Experience Substantial general work experience together with comprehensive job related experience in own area of expertise to fully competent level. (Over 6 years to 10 years ) Experience of planning and managing resources to deliver predetermined objectives as specified by more senior managers Competences: business Insights, customer focus, ensures accountability, manages complexity, optimizes work processes, situational adaptability What do we offer?
