Product Owner User Interface Identity & Access Management

Will you support Identity & Access Management by setting up the squad User Interface and enable a front end for the expertise centres of IAM in the Rabobank domains and business owners of applications to improve IAM services and user journeys?

You & your job You are the driving force to provide user friendly and secure IAM services in a new Tribe. Identity & Access Management is key for Rabobank as it provides everyone within the bank with access to resources needed to perform their work. In order to be in control of the IAM related risk, to have efficient IAM processes and user centric IAM journeys a new Tribe IAM will be launched June 1st. The purpose of the tribe will be to provide the IAM Identity Fabric to support employees and machines to only have access to the right assets at the right time, for the right reasons in a simple, user-friendly and secure manner and enabling in control monitoring and reporting. As Product owner for User Interface you will have the opportunity to shape a new squad and service in this exciting new Tribe.

This newly formed team is responsible for developing the user interface that streamlines Identity and Access Management (IAM) processes for business owners of applications and IAM experts within Rabobank’s domains (referred to as IAM desks). The team’s primary focus is on creating, implementing, and managing the front end that supports IAM journeys. This front end grants users access to IAM services, information, reports, and insights. Services like authorisation design access to IAM information and insights in segregation of duties or the business roles and authorisation groups in a domain. With this you make life of users more easy and you help the domains to better design and validate authorisation profiles and with that to make IAM more secure. As part of this role, you’ll have the opportunity to build solutions from scratch. You’ll lead and inspire high-performing teams, emphasizing teamwork and achieving results together. Openness to challenges and encouraging others to excel will be key. Additionally, your proactive attitude, ability to turn feedback into actionable improvements, and focus on execution even under pressure will contribute to the success of the User Journey. Get results You develop, implement and manage the user interface to support IAM journeys. You improve and make innovations to the user interface so it’s most user friendly and secure. You set up a new squad within the Tribe IAM – Area IAM4Employees. Top 3 responsibilities You set up a product vision and strategy derived from the Tribe vision & strategy. You monitor and realize E2E objectives of your squad and liaise with stakeholders to understand and manage priorities cross-Squad. You prioritize the backlog for your squad and synchronize with other PO’s. Together we achieve more than alone I believe in the power of difference. Extra budget of 11% of your gross monthly salary that you can spend as you want. Buy extra vacation days, pay extra money into your pension or have part of the budget paid out.
