Join a leading financial institution as an Expert Lead in Information Protection within the CISO department. You will lead a sub-department focused on delivering top-tier information security and IT risk management services. Your role involves developing and implementing strategies to address cybersecurity issues, guiding the Product Owner and team through significant changes, and enabling team members' developmental growth. This position is based in the Netherlands, but involves collaboration with international vendors and branches, necessitating cultural awareness and adaptability. Key Responsibilities:

Lead and coach a team of Information Security Experts, fostering talent development and adherence to coaching guidelines. Develop and implement strategies and objectives to tackle cybersecurity challenges. Guide the team and Product Owner in implementing significant changes, such as DORA and the Vision for the DLP team. Support, refine, and mature security processes, ensuring effective reporting to executives. Manage and prioritize tasks in a high-pressure, multi-tasking environment. What we are looking for

Education & Experience: HBO/WO level with 5-7 years of relevant work experience, including at least 2 years in a management role. Experience with IT services and strong subject matter expertise in security. Skills: Proficient in designing and understanding security controls. Knowledge of cloud infrastructure and its security implications. Strong organizational and priority management skills. Experience in supporting and maturing security processes. Ability to work in a team-oriented, matrixed, and collaborative environment. Excellent coaching, leadership, and employee development skills. Knowledge of information security, risk and security management. Familiarity with the financial services and banking sector. Understanding of business principles and complex organizational structures. Preferably experienced with Data Protection and Privacy teams. What are we offering

Salary:

Monthly salary ranging from €7,500 to €8,100 based on a 40-hour workweek, excluding an 8.33% holiday allowance. Contract type:
