As Technical Sales Manager, you will play a crucial role in LINDAL Group's growth strategy. Your mission? To enhance sales, nurture relationships, and capitalize on opportunities.

  • Manage, develop, and expand our regional customer account base
  • Achieve and surpass budgeted sales goals
  • Cultivate strong, long-term ties with key aerosol valve customers
  • Identify new opportunities and deepen existing customer relationships
  • Provide precise customer sales forecasts
  • Collaborate closely with our Customer Technical Service (CTS) team to introduce new products and drive bespoke projects
  • Gather intel on competitors and market trends to shape product mix and pricing strategies

  • Proven B2B technical sales and account management track record in the consumer packaging industry, preferably with aerosol expertise
  • Fluent in Dutch and English, adept in key account management techniques, technically savvy, and IT literate
  • Excellent communicator, adaptable team player, hands-on problem solver, and strategic thinker
  • Experience in markets Beauty & Personal Care, Industrial & Technical, Beverage, and Household applications
  • Ready to travel regionally across the Netherlands and Northern Europe
